When and where are the tours?
Our tours are held Sunday through Thursday at 8:00 PM starting at the Stockyards Hotel Lobby on Exchange Street.
Can I have a private Tour?
Private tours of six or more people may be scheduled year-round.
How long do tours take?
Our tours take anywhere from one to three hours, depending on the tour.
What is the walking distance of the tour?
Our tour is a leisurely one mile tour. There are several opportunities to stop along the way. The sidewalks are not handicap accessible and the streets in the Stockyards are made of brick.
What should I wear?
Dress for the weather and for the uneven historic walkways. Comfortable walking shoes are suggested.
Do we go inside any buildings?
Most of the Tour locations are operating businesses. We reminisce from the outside.
Will I see a ghost?
While it is impossible for anyone to guarantee the appearance of a ghost, things have happened on our Tours. Apparitions have emerged and objects have been moved in front of the Tour group...Please remember that our Tours are taken at your own rick.
Can I take pictures?
Photography is allowed and encouraged.
