 Fort Worth Ghosts Tour Rules

Rules

Cameras and video are permitted and encouraged, but are for personal use ONLY. No duplication or broadcasting without written permission from Fort Worth Ghosts is allowed.
Walking tours typically last approximately 2 hours. Total walking distance varies, but is always less than 1½ miles.
In the event of rain, bring an umbrella; our tours take place rain or shine.
Inclement weather and heat advisories will cancel the tour.

Most of our walking tours have no restrooms available. We advise you to consider this before starting the tour.

Age
Some of our tours have age limitations related to content, safety, or insurance requirements. Please notice these restrictions related to any tours you have interest in.

Accessibility
Most of our walking tours are semi-handicap accessible. Please be aware that some portions of the tours may be difficult to maneuver in a wheel chair, especially if it has recently rained. Sections of side walks and roads are often loose or bumpy. There also may be some tours that are not handicap accessible. Please call for details.

Reservations

Reservations are REQUIRED. Our tour numbers are limited for the safety and enjoyment of our participants. We may have some instances where we have to turn people away, because tours WILL fill up....so call early.

Payment

All reservations must be prepaid, no exceptions. A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation by Pay Pal. If you prefer to pay by cash, please call to make arrangements. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS. Without pre-payment your reservation is not secured and your spot will not be held.  

Cancellations

We conduct our tours rain or shine, unless severe weather or heat threatens the safety of our groups. You will be notified of a cancellation at least 2 hours before any tour event. If you are not notified, assume the event is on. To maintain the quality and safety of all of our tours, tour sizes are always limited; because of these reasons, tickets are non-refundable. Should we cancel a tour for any reason we can issue you a tour certificate for use on a future tour, credit the accounts of credit card users, or refund cash to cash-paying customers. No-shows will not be refunded.

Safety

Our tours are designed for entertainment. Your enjoyment and safety are our main concerns.
Proper footwear is required.
Gym Shoes or Boots required for safety.
After the tour, please remember that private individuals have given the Fort Worth Ghosts permission to enter some locations. You may not return to these sites on your own, separate from our tours.
Absolutely no alcohol, smoking, or drugs will be permitted on our tours. Anyone disobeying these rules will be removed from the tour immediately, without refund.

Fort Worth Ghosts reserves the right to remove anyone from our tours who poses a hazard to our guests or private property sites or owners.
